Our Team

Jennifer is a certified expanded duty dental assistant, trained at the University of Louisville in 2004, and is also certified in coronal polishing and radiation safety. She is an accomplished artist when it comes to finishing tooth colored bonded composite restorations for our patients, as well as creating cosmetic temporary acrylic crowns and veneers for the front teeth. In addition, she assists Dr. Thacker with dental sleep medicine procedures, including sleep apnea and snoring appliance therapy, as well as TMJ therapy and Invisalign orthodontics. Jennifer joined our team in 2002 and is dedicated to quality dental care. She is here to assist you with your dental needs!

Diane is Dr. Thacker’s wife and has been a part of the team since 1985. In 1980, she graduated from the University of Louisville with an Expanded Duty Dental Assisting certificate, and in 1984, she graduated from Minot State University with a degree in Business Management. She has much experience as a dental assistant, patient coordinator, office coordinator, and accountant. She continues to enjoy serving our great family of patients and working with our professionally trained staff as our patient concierge. Your dental health is her number one concern!

Hailey is a dedicated dental assistant who earned her certification from Ross Medical Education Center in Owensboro, KY, in 2023. Along with her certification, she is trained in radiation safety, equipping her with the skills to provide exceptional care to patients. Hailey takes pride in offering a warm and welcoming experience to all new patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident in their dental care.
She is especially grateful to Dr. Thacker for the opportunity to pursue her passion for helping others improve both their smiles and their overall health. Outside of the office, Hailey enjoys spending quality time with her family, shopping, thrifting for unique treasures, and attending live concerts. A natural people person, she enjoys connecting with others both professionally and personally, bringing her warmth, enthusiasm, and positive energy to everything she does.

With nearly 40 years of experience managing front desk operations in a medical office, Ronna is well-versed in patient scheduling, insurance processing, and overall office management. She is deeply grateful to Dr. Thacker and his staff for the opportunity to expand her expertise into the dental field.
Outside of work, Ronna has been happily married for over 50 years. She is the proud mother of two, with both a son and daughter who are married, and is especially fond of her two grandsons. A long-time member of Livermore Missionary Baptist Church, Ronna dedicates her time to teaching Children’s Sunday School and leading the Mission Friends program.
Family is incredibly important to Ronna, and she cherishes every moment spent with her loved ones, particularly her grandsons. She finds great fulfillment in witnessing the transformations of patients, knowing that their beautiful smiles and improved health bring them lasting gratitude.

With 34 years in dentistry, I am a Certified Expanded Duties Dental Assistant with extensive experience in both chairside care and front office management, including billing and patient coordination. Over the years, I’ve enjoyed building lasting relationships with patients while helping create a welcoming and efficient dental environment. Married for 32 years and a proud mom to Sara and Carson, I also love spending time at the beach, gardening, crafting, and making a home that feels warm and inviting.

Kenzie serves as our Recare Coordinator, ensuring that all our patients stay current with their preventive care appointments. As one of the friendly voices you’ll hear when you call our office or receive a call from us, Kenzie goes above and beyond to make patients feel welcomed both over the phone and in person. She is deeply grateful to Dr. Thacker, Diane, and the entire team for making her feel like part of the family. Kenzie appreciates the warm, welcoming atmosphere of our office and is proud to be a part of such a close-knit team. Outside of work, Kenzie enjoys spending quality time with her fiancé and two children, camping, and hunting for unique vintage treasures.
