Celebrating an Honor and 41 Years of Serving Our Community
This is a special year for Dr. Thacker and for all of us at the practice. We’re celebrating 41 years of serving our community, and we recently received another wonderful reason to pause, reflect, and say thank you.
Recognizing Dr. Thacker
On August 22, at the Kentucky Dental Association’s annual business meeting, Dr. Thacker was honored to receive the Fellowship Award from the Green River Dental Society of the Kentucky Dental Association. The award was presented in recognition of the outstanding contribution to dentistry in Kentucky. It’s an honor that means a great deal to Dr. Thacker, especially during such a meaningful milestone year.
41 Years and a Lot of Smiles
Forty-one years is a long time. It represents thousands of appointments, countless conversations, plenty of laughter, generations of families, and more smiles than we could possibly count. What makes this anniversary truly meaningful isn’t the number. It’s the people behind it.
For 41 years, Dr. Thacker has had the privilege of caring for people in the Livermore community and building relationships that extend far beyond individual dental appointments. We’ve watched families grow, welcomed new generations of patients, celebrated milestones together, and had the opportunity to become part of one another’s lives. We never take that for granted.
An Honor That Reflects a Lifelong Commitment
Receiving recognition from fellow dental professionals is incredibly meaningful. For Dr. Thacker, dentistry has never been only about the technical side of caring for teeth. It’s about people, continuing to learn, bringing better care to our patients, helping people become healthier, and doing work that can make a meaningful difference in someone’s life. Those values have guided Dr. Thacker throughout his career, and they continue to shape the way we care for you today.

An anniversary like this belongs to more than one person. It belongs to the team members who have shared in the work and brought their own care, skill, and personality to our practice. It belongs to the Livermore community that has supported us throughout the years. Most of all, it belongs to you, our patients.
You have trusted us with your health. You have recommended us to family and friends. You have shared your stories with us, laughed with us, and allowed us to be part of your lives. Some of you have been part of the Thacker Riverside Dental family for a very long time, while others have joined us more recently.
We’re grateful for every one of you. As we celebrate Dr. Thacker’s Fellowship Award and 41 years of serving the community, we’re proud of the years behind us, but we’re just as excited about what comes next. Thank you for being part of the journey.
